Apparently poorly made 4 yo mead. Pretty tart, don't know if it will age out but I'll stick it back and see.

I find that aging meads require the yeast to be neutralized else it slowly with very little pressure continues to consume residual sweetness. All is not lost. Simply neutralize the yeast with Potassium sorbate and potassium metabisulphite. Allow it to work for 24 to 48 hours then back sweeten it to your desired sweetness.

Highly recommend the Boston location. A couple of other breweries have opened up within walking distance. Trillium not too far but parking is a pita. Notch has tons of parking and a nice biergarten

This is Worcester which is like a popup. Kinda disappointed they don't have the pitched beer I had in Boston here but all good

We've had about three weeks without rain. Tons of Oktoberfest going on but rain came

HOW THE HELL DO YOU DELETE A MESSAGE HERE????????? 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
You don't.... just edit to something funny. Like what you did. 😁

Trying out this Celestial Brewing out of Dallas. This is a bit harsher then you're typical silky smooth Hazy. Light on flavor.
