Channeling @Section1, beer and tacos. Big Sky AP
So why wasn't I invited over for the beer and taco day. 😁. I do think that tacos just seem to go well with beer though. Looks really good and hope to try your beer someday.
Homebrew Pale Ale. Probably my best one yet. Getting there. Not taco tho.....

Ran up to Santa Cruz to buy this grain mill from @Nick Poggetti
Good news - Scored a deal, did a beer swap (commercial and HB)
Bad news - scratched the tint in the rear window, doh

Also good news - Sante Adarius loaned me their screw driver so that I could break it down for the rest of the drive. Lol, it didn't fit well wedged in the GT-R, lol. At least this way I could sit normally in the driver's seat.

Sante Adarius' saison (one of them)

Some 4-grain drink (kinda wort forward, quite grainy, okay)

Sante Adarius Mailbok (I should've just stuck with their saisons...wasn't a fan of this one so much. It grew on me, but it took a bit.)

First, @Dgallo you make some of the most beautiful looking beers!

Second, sure it’s early, but I took this week off to enjoy myself, so one of these while I brew a summery blonde ale. Hoping for an ipa brew later this week. Must rebuild pipeline.

And third, my wife bamboozled me into adopting a fourth (two kittens!) cat this past Friday. We finally figured out her name after she perked her ears and ran towards my wife when she heard it. Meet Zelda.

Thank you for showing off my frankenstein mill on HBT!!!!!! I'm going to be doing it much nicer my next go around.

A little quick no-boil hazy ipa homebrew with mosaic and citra. Burned out on these a bit so first batch we made but came out well and need to empty the keg to make room. Better than brewdogs versions here and still close to the hoof hearted in town.
