HB wheat kettle sour after 8 days in the bottle. Definitely needs more time, but not bad for my first sour.

Nice looking. I'm in for the triple in the 12 Beers of Christmas. Itching to brew it. My lower level, where I brew, is being remodeled. My contractor is taking his sweet time. I should be able to get to it by the end of June. That will give it 5 months to age before sending it out. Normally I'm a "Don't worry, have...." type of guy; but this is the first time in thirty years that I'll be sending my beer to other brewers. So, yeah, I'm a little worried. Then again, it will be beer.
