Didn’t lose a bet. It was my wife’s fitness instructor’s idea for her class that my wife is in. I agreed to partake to support my wife during it. I stay in decent shape regardless and have managed to maintain the same weight for almost 10 years now. But this “shred” has me down to a weight I haven’t seen since I was in my early 20s and this has been the longest stretch I’ve gone without alcohol since high school! God do I miss beer though! Sunday at midnight I’ll be pouring myself a pint to celebrate! Just don’t know what yet...ideas?

If there's a local bottle I can send for the cause. I'll pay it forward one.

I’m considering giving up beer for lent this year (heresy, I know). I could use to lose a few pounds and I know that beer is probably the reason. (Multi Hopslams on a Tuesday might not help.). Unfortunately I already told the wife that I’m considering it, so I’m basically locked in now. Tell me it’s not that bad!!!
