HB Bavarian Hefeweizen. I'm enjoying the Hefe IV strain and it's flavor profile. It leaves the wheat softly on your palate after the monster banana clove nose. Not too sweet, a little tart. I'm a fan, even though I don't like the style. View attachment 1459991816123.jpg
Anyone able to give an opinion I had a vigorous fermentation but there are these 3mm clusters of 20-30 bubbles in the carboy I'm thinking it's just excess gas.. Am I wrong?
