Still pretty sure I need to contact MoreBeer about their "ultralight LME" I've been getting -- think its been mislabeled or slightly burnt. Every time it's come out way darker no matter when I add it in the boil.

I think that's what the espresso addition was for. I thought it was pretty good. I agree with that statement when applied to Cat3 and Cat5, and they should have dumped the entire batch of Mexican Standoff, there is no way that beer was supposed to be that hot.
