Me too, it was well worth a half a day investment. I still have a couple of the farmhouse beers in the cellar.

More and more breweries are starting to can their beers near me. It’s nice to be able to get them closer to home then making the trip to their brewery for a growler or crowler fill.

This (which I am drinking now) is my second to last Brett IPA. Took first in the ‘sours’ grouping (I dont get it either) and 3rd place best in show.

My Honey Saison took 2nd in the ‘Wheat’ group.

Recipes are loosely based on Cottage House Saison from @azscoob and @m00ps Wild Fellers.

It's good stuff. I loved it but kind of took it for granted while I lived in CT. I drank plenty, but didn't fully appreciate having a "go-to" beer like that at it's price point.
