Drinking today what I drink every day, my "classic American pilsner", aka, "pre prohibition lager". This batch is about 8 weeks old, have enough in lager to get though most of summer, but will supplement with ales.
Today I brewed a similar batch, but pitched Safeale 05 instead of S
