Drinking today what I drink every day, my "classic American pilsner", aka, "pre prohibition lager". This batch is about 8 weeks old, have enough in lager to get though most of summer, but will supplement with ales.

Today I brewed a similar batch, but pitched Safeale 05 instead of S

afelager 34/70. Cellar temp is 65, even in this heat wave.
 
HB SmASH IPA. Have to keep it real for a while because have to run the husband's car down to the shop to get worked on tomorrow, but after we get home it's on like donkey kong. Will be hanging with the neighbors later, will open the garage and let everyone at the kegerator if they want. This one is the first IPA done in the fermentation fridge and it's fantastic, perfect hop nose and juicy as heck.
