If it is a measure of how many people will tell their friends and family about you (or the company), it stinks worse than the cow farms in Bakersfield CA. We were graded that way at work for 2 years, IMO you only ranked well if you informed the customer that that particular question is how you get rated of your job performance.



Things got ugly when word got out that it was a metric National was not concerned with.

Can't be much worse than our current set up. Options 1-9 with 9 being best. But the only scores that count are 9 and everything else. So if we get 5 scores of 9 and 5 scores of 8 it's a 50%. BS.

I learned that when I went to college here. I still call it a liquor store because that's what it's called where I'm from.

Same thing with sandwiches. I remember ordering a chicken parmesan "hero" my freshman year in college and the place I called had no idea what the **** I was talking about. They apparently called it a "grinder" in CT. ****ing idiots.
