Use Mosaic hops. I read on the internet that mosaic hops taste like grapefuit.

Thinking about making a 2.5 gallon simple batch with just 2-row, a little dme, and whole leaf Nugget hops, but melting snow to brew it. Would aerate as normal by blowing through straws into the cooled wort for about 30-40 minutes and then pitch US05.

How much snow do you think I would need?

Just plug in the wife's curling iron and throw it in your ale pail.

As you dump the snow in, it should melt pretty quickly. If not, use your hair dryer.

Just keep melting until the water reaches your desired level in the bucket. Then reach in and grab that curling iron out of there.

Taking an @bucknuts on the snow will also help it to melt. And on the plus side, it'll add to the volume, so the less snow needed.

Sorry I havent been on much I skipped dozens of pages so I missed all the tomfoolery. I missed this beer 2 years in a row but luckily A buddy of mine was able to procure a four pack for me.
