Found a variety pack in Albertsons and remembered that @camonick has been posting Prost beers the last few days. This is a seriously good Kölsch.

All the ones from them that I’ve had are very good beers.
My pack had kolsch, dunkel, Pilsner and a “summer lager”

I mislabeled a few bottles of stout and thought this was one of those. Needless to say, I'm not disappointed that this is the real deal!

I have the same assortment. Trying the Dunkel now. It’s really good, as well.

I got all blotchy on my torso, and started wheezing. My doctor has advised me to carry an epipen. Be careful.

Yeah, my dad is in the same boat and we do have an epipen, my wife is allergic... to, well, everything. I get stung on the regular, we live on the side of mountain and I mow 6ish acres and there's always something out to get me hahah. But I appreciate the concern as you are very much correct.

A rather jostled pint of ordinary bitter. With both fermenters wrapping up, it was time to pull some kegs out of the fridge and my bitter took the brunt of it. It's interesting having it mit heffe, the Whitbread strain isn't sharply bitter or yeasty. It's is a really pleasant tasting yeast, very mild and fruity. I like this strain. This batch is almost too clean, so I’m digging the extra fruit.

Prost Dortmunder Lager and Pilsner after mowing the lawn on a 90°F, 90% RH day.

I think Prost is my new favorite commercial brewery. I’ve tried all four of the beers in this variety pack now, and they’re very good. It appears that the brewery is pretty confident that they’re brewing these to proper, northern German, style.

The last of the bottles of Heubacher Bier our friends brought over from Germany.

AL brewed red lager. They state on the can that it doesn't conform to style. Imported German malts and domestic hops. Tastes pretty good.

Bottling leftover from HM ginger beer. Added tincture from 1 T of ground ginger plus juice from 2 lemons to bottling bucket. Not bad but still a bit bland. Hopefully getting it carbed up will help.
