Right, no, yeah. I walked out of the liquor store today with 9 different cans/bottles, including two Rocheforts. For research purposes.

It’s a weeknight, so the proper glassware can’t come out to play, but here’s a glass of hefe made with OLY-400.
Fractal Brewing in Huntsville: guava mango sour, kolsch, English pub ale, orange peel braggot. All good. Probably should have tried the braggot before the EPA. I think the bittering affected my tasting the orange peel but still good.
Look at the lack of condensation on the UK pale ale.... Nice touch! They actually served it a bit warmer. I don't know who that outfit is, but I like them. They're good, decent people.

Traditional sweet mead, ginger and Ceylon cinnamon infused, black birch bark extract and birch twigs infused, whiskey coffee mead and lavender vanilla with butterfly pea flower extract for purple color. All very tasty, interesting, especially the ginger cinnamon. I bought a bottle of their bourbon barrel aged mead that was released today without tasting so I'll post on it later.
They are all small batch, 5-7 gallon, in a fermentation room the size of a walk in closet! Wish I had remembered that camera thingy.

Better make these last two days count.Green Bus Brewery. Clockwise from top left: cream ale, hefe, 2 yr bourbon barrel age Flanders red (very tasty with a touch of sour), Scottish ale (not Scotch as I wrote); 60 shilling, low hop, low malt, low ABV (3%).

Just confirming Monday’s carb check on the Panther Piss Super Dry. It is indeed carbed, but I feel this requires close monitoring in the days ahead.
Finished brewing the Blonde. Just a little cleanup to do. Death Wish in a flea market glass before I finish.

Chandlers Ford Brewing. They don't do flights! Their beers are tank conditioned so all naturally carbed (very rare here). Had a Brett kolsch sample that was tasty. My first sales job was selling cell phones back when they were free and just started getting cameras. We worked at a kiosk in the mall, and I had a good day, so my boss took me for a beer at the anchor restaurant near us. He knew the waitress (wink wink), and we had these... (Thanks for the memory @bwible I must admit - it's good)

Finishing up the wife's crossbow. Lunch beers. The Abnormal is pretty good, but it reminds me of the little shots of Miller I used to get from my Grandpa when he was wooping all of his friends at poker. Ah, Kindergarten. Those were the days.
