Westvleteren 12

Did a Trappist tour in Belgium in 2011 and picked up a 6-pack of Westvleteren 12. The bottle caps say expiration was 12/2013. I have have kept the mostly in a dark cool place. I'd like to keep a few around just cause I don't go to Belgium often. Won't triples just get better with age? Any thoughts?

I think you can keep them past the expiration date. They age well.

A couple notes:

1) The 12 is a quad. It should age well.

2) To be safe, I will send you my address. I have an advanced system capable of processing expired beer safely. I will process your beers free of charge.
