Regardless of the opinions, it's a pretty good summary of west coast breweries and a could help with trip planning.

Disagree away! You're in LA, I'm in Indy. I have a feeling you know a wee bit more than I do about the West Coast beer scene. These are the breweries I keep hearing about. Are there any others with distribution in the midwest I could look out for?
