Any tips on best hops to pair with Voss yeast? Looking to formulate an pale ale using Voss as the yeast.

I've had good success with a Mosaic-Motueka combo in a Voss Pale Ale.

There’s literally a 600 post thread regard kviek Voss that people posted quite a bit of hop combos. If you’re trying to accentuate the orange notes I’d go with Amarillo or Madarina Bovaria.
