Viking cookie malt

I came into some Cookie malt from Viking…I was wondering if anyone had any experience with it. I searched but there isn’t much info on here about it.

I think you can use it like you would biscuit. Both claim bready, toasty flavors and a lovibond rating from 15 to 25. Victory is also probably similar. Different maltsters - different names.

I've used it twice. It was just a small % percentage if the grain bill but both beers were notably dry (may have just been coincidental though).
