Malting and not drying

Ok, so i will malt some corn to use in a contemporary chicha ( a chicha made with modern beer brewing techniques) and i had an idea of not drying the malt to interrupt the process... In this case i would use then still wet, but use it at the moment the grain reach the right moment.
So instead of drying, when it is time to dry, i would instead mill it and brew!

Anyone tried that? Any ideas on how stupid is my idea and why i should not do it?

First, undried malt will still have all the rootlets and shoots and contribute a vegetal flavor you probably don't want.

Second, moist grains really won't mill well, if at all. Think of clay versus pottery - the dry one cracks apart readily, while the wet one just flexes around.
