hello,
I was wondering if using a microwave to boil water inside mason jars (without lids) was a good idea or will the microwaved water become harmful to the yeast. I can't imagine how because we eat microwaved food but we are not, however, single celled organisms.
if anyone else has done this with good results i'd like to know, I'm doing it myself tonight regardless so I'll repost with results in a week.
