What ideas did you guys throw out (styles/ingredients, etc)? I would love wine barrel aged saisons (not sure if the art of sour lambics transfer that well....but I just can't satisfy my taste for side project stuff ). Would also like to see some 375's in the instance that I wanted to drink a bottle solo and didn't feel up to doming a 750.

Wait Wat?!? So, Upland is admitting they were full of ****.
Soliciting feedback and ideas for next year, not admitting that they ****** up or anything like that I wouldn't say. Given how many bottles people have been able to buy, I'm not sure that there are too many people in SBS that are super disappointed in it.

No no, it definitely seems like they were full of **** as the previous poster noted. I don't think it is about SBS members' feelings at this point. This is all well after the fact. That said, it is nice to see them finally offer real beer as opposed to potential beer for their beer club membership.

I suggested they try and make beer that is drinkable, other than their sours.

I might be in for a membership that includes bottles, but (and call me crazy) i'm not sure the Sours are getting better?.... but then maybe us plebes only get the ****** leftover strawberries and cherries and the premium ones are? I've only had 2-4 so far this year, and all have been ok, but none have been that awesome compared to say, other beers i can get for $25...

I don't know, maybe i just need to be talked into it....

Raspberry is delicious. And SR4 is best SR since SR1. And I'm told Persimmon is actually the lovely beast it was in aught'11.

No, go on and **** yo self.

Just FYI pick ups aren't for a month.

I used to be your Betty, but alas I am retired. There will be other dipshits such as myself who will likely assist you in your proxying need. Patience, darling, patience. Party at the moontower.
