Ok I brewed and bottled a batch of cider that is way to sweet. I don't want to just dump it out but no body will drink it in my family. So I am looking for options of things to do with it. First option I thought of is use it as headspace filler and just sweeten less then I would like it normally. Second option would be to apple jack it but I am not sure if the sugar will carry over to the apple jack. Anyone got any ideas or can answer my concerns above?
