Too much honey?

So I had a bunch of honey and went out, bought some strawberrys, did the thing. I'm thinking I may have went too hard with the honey?
I used, 6lbs of strawberrys
6lbs of honey
And 1 gallon of water lol.
Also use ec1118.
I plan to pitch some Fernand O every other day and stir it up a bit every day.

I would split it in half add water to get 2 gallons. 6lbs and that much fruit will stress your yeast and may not even start.

2.5 - 3 ish pounds per gallon is a good rule of thumb.

You probably want more strawberries though.
