Its an american bitter (session pale ale).


9g CTZ @ 60
14g Cascade & Zythos each @ 5 & flame out

56g Zythos dry hop.

OG 1.038
FG 1.012
 
I'd say just do it. Maybe check it in 3 days, and probably don't leave it for over a week. Drink it young and you will have a very fun, hoppy beer I think! :mug:
 
Why not? If it has too much hopiness (if that's even possible, going to GABF I had bad beers but never a good beer with too much hoppiness), then age it a little.
 
Hops is the most subjective ingredient. If you like hop aroma, it's tough to put too much dry hops. If you do exceed your taste, they are conveniently the first to fade with aging...
