Alora

I just ordered some Alora from Farmhouse and wanted to know if anyone has any experience with this hop. Given its high bound thiol content, I am planning to use it for my “phantasm” IPA. I was hoping to avoid the phantasm itself, but use this as the main hop/thiol source. I usually use calypso and would sub this directly with the alora, say 4oz mash hop, 4oz hopstand (instead of phantasm) and maybe 2oz dry hop.
Thoughts?

Are you also thinking of using a thoil active yeast to take advantage of of of the thoils? Say Cosmic Punch or Helio Glazer

I normally add 500mg Phantasm with the hopstand, but after cleaning my plate chiller, I am hoping to avoid that and get all my thiols from the hops and grain. I also drop 2oz citra cryo as a dry hop, but I’m thinking about dropping that to more clearly see what the Alora does.
