Time to rack?

My bubbling has completely stopped, but I was told not to rack for another 2 weeks by someone. Should I wait the two weeks or rack now? Also, how many more times do I have to rack in the 6 months it ferments?
 
It's done fermenting once the bubbling stops, some people rack once the bubbling stops, some when it slows down, and some when its clear. I suggest doing it now and once again when it clears. Rack every 3 months or so after that when/if sediment builds up until you bottle it
