Think I will be fine making starter wort a few days ahead of time for outdoors trip?

Hello,

I have looked into pressure canning but realized my pressure cooker really isn't for canning.

I am leaving this Wednesday and plan on leaving little mason jars all over a 40 acre property. There is quite a bit of wildflowers, persimmon, berries and other vegetation to capture something I believe.

Do you think I could just make a few quart jars and seal them just with boiling? It will only be a few days. If I do this, should I keep them on ice during transport?

Would adding a bit of lactic acid help the wort? I plan on adding a tiny bit of hops, maybe half a pellet to each quart jar.

Thanks!
