I have a couple of updates to kick this week off:

Portland — We have a bunch of staff in Portland this month getting that location up and running, including our Founder & CEO Jacob. They're all going to be at Buckman Public House this Friday from 7-9PM drinking beers if you wanna hangout with the crew.

Los Angeles — We have an inspection on Friday, and if it goes well then that means we will be up and running very soon thereafter. I know we have had a lot of permitting issues that have held up the project, but this is a really promising point to be at. On Friday I will feel comfortable announcing the date for the LA welcome party.

Members will be able to pickup their January allocations this month at all locations, regardless of whether they're open or not. This week we will send out the email for preview tasting tickets (which will be in SD, LA, and PDX) and announce all of the beers in this month's sale. In the meantime, here's an Order of Hermes pour-shot for your viewing pleasure.

Today's object lesson is that ModernTimesSteven is a dirty ******* tease. Sure, it might seem like he's simply promoting an upcoming release, but deep down, he's enjoying the hell out of our yearning for just a sip of that tropical nectar.

Seriously though, it's been far too long since I drank my last Star Metal. I'm ready for its worthy successor.

We decide what beers are sold retail on a monthly basis, so I can't guarantee what beers will be there at this point. If you for sure want Pistachio/Coconut, then I'd have someone get some in SD for you.

I'm coming through LA this weekend on my way up to Ventura. Likely either late Friday night or Saturday morning, and then driving back down Sunday afternoon, with hopefully a stop at HPB on at least one leg. I can let you know a better timeline once the weekend is closer, let me know if you need beer!
