I brewed my first batch back in mid January, an IPA.
I kegged it last Sunday and last night a buddy and I tapped it and save for a little over-carb and excess foam; it was incredible. If it werent for a party im having next weekend, we would have finished the keg last night.
We got the pressure adjusted and tapped two perfect glasses and sat there with a damn stupid grin on my face.
Thank you all that have graciously replied to my numerous posts. I am kegging my second ever batch tomorrow, a wheat beer, and hope to have that on tap next weekend at the party also.
If any fellow Minnesotans are up north and would like to stop by for a Mardi Gras Party complete with Live Crawfish, Fresh Liousiana Shrimp, Oysters on the Half Shell, Jambalya, Red Beans & Rice, and on yeah... Homebrew... feel free to PM me.
