Temperature fluctuations

Will temp fluctuations affect lagering. Evening Temps are about 37ish and day Temps are 45-50ish.

Some yeasts may slow or stall out on the lower end, but 45 to 50ish should be okay for most lager yeasts. 50 or below is too cool for ale yeast.

Wrap in insulation so the room change won't change the beer temp by more then 2*.
