hello guys,
I'll do my first sweet stout, and need some help, what do you think about this recipe?

This will not turn out sweet unless you add about 0,5 kg lactose or use a low attenuating yeast like Windsor ale yeast. US-05 is a very high attenuator. Lactose is a commonly used ingredient in a sweet stout.

You should probably also cut the hop addition in half. 30 IBUs is a lot for a sweet stout.

In the end, it is your beer. Do what you think you will enjoy. Cheers.

This recipe can turn a oatmeal stout or not?
I can't find some lactose here where i live
Do you think i need to add more cocoa powder? I want some chocolate beer :D

If you cannot find lactose, you can also look for maltodextrin, as it will have a similar effect. If you cannot find either one of those, look for Windsor ale yeast. If you can't find any of these things, then yes, this is basically just an oatmeal stout recipe. I think you could use even less cocoa powder and still get plenty of chocolate flavor. Maybe use half as much cocoa powder as that.
