I will be brewing a black IPA.The recipe calls for 1 ounce of summit at 60 min and the late edition hops will be chinook, centenial and cascade.
I don't have any summit hops.

On hand for relatively high alpha acid hops,I have magnum, warrior, columbus, amarillo, simco, citra and zythos.which one of these would be a good sub for the summit?

Amarillo or Cascade "they" say in the hop
replacement charts. I haven't used Summit so I should probably refrain... but... If it were me I would use Magnum for a clean bittering 60 min add & save the Amarillo for flavor/aroma.

+1 saving the amarillo for flavor/aroma. Seems like Magnum or Warrior would work as a Summit replacement.
