i brewed this up yesterday :
10 lbs great western 2 row
1/2 lb vienna
1/4 lb carapils
1/4 lb acid malt

boiled 60 mins:

45 mins .5 ounces mosiac
10 mins 1 oz mosiac
FO 1.5 oz mosaic and 1 oz citra

i want to dry hop with 3 -4 ounces of hops

i have cascade centennial mosaic citra galaxy and strata

i was thinking 1 oz mosaic 1 oz citra 1 oz cascade.

is cascade good for dry hopping or will it get muted by the citra?

any input is appreciated.
thanks

Like most strains Cascade will succumb to Citra in equal amounts. If I was determined to use both together I'd use half as much Citra as Cascade to level the playing field a bit. In any case given what you have on hand I'd go with Citra/Mosaic/Strata as those heavyweights can duke it out pretty well 1:1:1...

Cheers!
