Anyone ever bottle using Red Strip bottles?

I was thinking thos would be a perfect one for the RIS 888 for me to send to people.

Star San deletes the labels like a champ!

I had a bunch of Red Stripe bottles. They're a bit tricky to cap with a wing capper because the shoulders are fat and get in the way. A bench capper is better.

How'd you get StarSan to take off the painted label? I have about 24 Red Stripe 12 oz bottles that I use for my "tasters" .... my quality control bottles so that I know when it's aged enough. Then when I'm happy enough, I bust out all the other bottles.

just mix some in some water and let them sit for a day or 2. A scrub brush or sponge will take thme off
