Stout without coffee flavor?

Is it possible to make a Milk or sweet stout without a coffee flavor? Or at least a least noticeable coffee flavor?
 
Cut the roasted black malt and increase the chocolate malt. You'll still have some coffee notes, but they will be less prominent.
