My family recently joined an organic food co-op. So far the vegetables have been amazing so I'm sure the pumpkin will be as well. However, as they grow things seasonally the pumpkins won't be ready until the fall much to late to get a pumpkin ale going.
Any suggestions for how to save the pumpkin until next summer?
