Storing crushed malt

In an attempt to not have to hit the LBS for every single batch I make, I got 12 pounds of grain, used their mill and came home with a bag of malt I'm not going to use for about a week. Can I store it in the freezer until I'm ready for it? If not what's the best way to store it?

I wouldn't freeze it unless it's absolutely airtight. If you're going to be brewing in a week, keeping it in a cool dark dry spot will be fine.
