Star San Mixed with Beer

I may have racked my beer on top of some Star San solution. If so, it was a little bit that I had intended to slosh around right before racking. I didn't get an exact gravity reading, as it was roughly around what I was looking for at 1.011 or 1.012 area, but now it is 1.010. It was just under 5 gallons of beer, but it looked like more than 5 when done, so I'm almost certain I racked it on about 1/4 gallon of solution.

Do I toss it?

Hell no! Starsan is safe to drink when properly diluted, you probably won't even notice the difference. Drink away.

I have never drank Starsan in large quantities, but some say it is good.

I love the Avatar though. Missed the Syracuse show last September.

I've heard starsan foam is ok and even breaks down into a yeast nutrient (someone correct me if I'm wrong), I'm not so sure about 1/4 of a gallon though.

it almost doesn't make sense to me why it's one of the best sanitisers
