I spilled about half of my san fransico lager yeast before I dumped in the primary. It is starting to bubble but after two days very little action. Do I need to add more yeast (I have some 05) or do I just let it go. Or go buy some more lager yeast. It is a negra modelo clone.

How much yeast did you end up pitching? Half of a package? Half of the starter you made?

Half of the vial after opening it.

I'm actually surprised that fermentation started as quickly as it did. You pitched about 1/8 of the amount that you should've for a lager, and since it is fermenting, adding more now probably won't help with anything.

What temperature are you fermenting at?
