Awesome kettles! Ended up buying a 10 gallon custom kettle you had listed with 3 TC ports on the bottom and 1 at the top to use for 5 gallon BIAB batches. Getting delivered today and can't wait to check it out! Nearly identical layout that I have in my 20 gallon kettle, with the exception of one less lower TC port.
