So, I have started to cook with spent grain (well, I just dried the grains, grinded them, and made pancakes) and I am trying to figure the approx. calories per cup.
What I have found so far is that one cup of spent grain is 40cals. However, it does not say whether it is wet or dry. Any ideas? Does 40 cals per cup sound reasonable?
