I would like to know the possibility of using Sodium Metabisulfite in refermentation in bottles with sugar.
 
The typical use of Sodium Metabisulfite is to inhibit yeast activity via the release of sulfur dioxide.
Thus one would just as typically avoid adding Sodium Metabisulfite if the goal is to carbonate the bottled beer...
