Murphy's Irish Stout tonight. Hit my numbers then remembered the sugar. BIAB efficiency is great on these smaller beers.
Putting in some work this weekend. Brewing for a big party and I have three 11 gallon batches and one 6 gallon batch planned for this weekend, so two per day. Pretty much all weekend dedicated to brewing so wish me luck!
Im brewing a dry stout this weekend and its going on nitro:rockin:
4 batches brewed this weekend. What a feeling of accomplishment.
Mmmm, I'd be interested in how this turns out. It's one of my favorites.Ten Fidy Imperial Stout clone coming up.
We lost our 9 year old English Bulldog this week so I'm making an English IPA and calling it Bulldog Slobber in his honor.
If you're familiar with the bread you'll understand the name!

Sorry for your loss. I've got two "senior citizens" myself, a 17 year old cat that we've had for 16 years and an 11 year old Welsh Corgi/Yellow lab mix. When they cross the bridge I'm definitely going to need to brew something to get my mind off the grief and have something in their honor. Black IPA for the cat (she's black and her name is India) and something light and tasty for the dog, using something Slavic like Saaz as her name is Sasha. Now I'm sad. But your dog looks like it was a cutie.
