Tasting Notes
Crisp and citrusy, with the hibiscus giving it a nice tang, and the green tea giving it a nice clean finish
A Single Hop IPA using Mosaic Hops.
2lbs U.S Pale 2-row Malt
5oz Caramel Malt (60L)

.25oz Mosaic at 60 minutes
.25oz Mosaic at 15 minutes
.25oz Mosaic at 1 minute
.75oz Mosaic dry-hop for 3 days

3tsp loose-leaf Hibiscus petals at 60 minutes
3tsp Loose-leaf Hibiscus petals at 30 minutes
3tsp Loose-leaf Green Tea at 45 minutes
3tsp Loose-leaf Green Tea at 15 minutes.

this is one of my first homemade beer recipes. let me know what you guys think!

Sounds really tasty to me. I'd like to try it with a hop variety more noted for its tea flavor contributions, but that's probably overthinking things. :)

I'd also try it with dry hopping the tea instead of putting it in the boil.

I think that dry hopping it with the tea would make the tea really overpowering. you've gotta be careful with hibiscus.
 
Huge Rosales grower here, from Ginger Beer and Rosale "palmers" to now making this batch. Thanks for posting. Have you a Partial recipe? DME substitute, for those who are not doing ALL grain?

I don’t actually. I started doing all grain so I have no experience with DME. Sorry. :/ do let me know if you enjoy it tho!
