Are there any telltale signs of carbonation? I've had my beer bottled for about a week and a half now, and can't really see any signs of carbonation. I realize this may be a little early, but what should I be looking for?

Or if you are impatient just crack one now and you will see, just be ready for some green beer. No doubt it is carbing, take your mind off it by brewing more beer!

ditto mattd2. I sometimes wait about three or four days and pop one open after bottling. You'd be surprised! Just don't judge it's character quite yet :)

Look at the beer. You can see the yeast start to flocculate. It will stick to the sides of the bottles. The neck will clear. Soon the whole bottle will appear clear. It usually takes less than a week with warm temps and healthy yeast.

This also depends on how patient you are to bottle, if you cold crashed and other things. I have had a few beers now that finished fermenting and I leeft for about 3-4 weeks and right at the end was a cold snap in the weather and gave me a semi cold crash and the beer came out into the bottles super clear.
