Very cool knives. Would like to discuss damascus skinning knife (fixed blade) for mountain man rendevous and then perhaps 4 or 6 nice folding pocket knives. Send me PM.

I'm a full time knife maker.

Took a factory Model 10 Predator Hunter in 260 Remington, picked up a stock that had a paint job I didn't care for, stripped it, and repainted it, and added a base, rings and scope.

I'm glad I saw this thread, I've felt alone with my personality. I have a growing gun collection for shooting and hunting, I enjoy hand loading my ammo on occasion. I have a boat with too many fishing poles that I love to take out, even if I never catch anything. When I get home from Afghanistan I intend on getting a Triumph Speed Triple. I prefer to make my things around the house, as my bar, bed and TV stand are all hand made as few as a few other things around the house. My cars have unfortunately fallen by the wayside as the Army doesn't pay me enough to support all of the things I enjoy. I bought everything I need to build a flat brew stand with PIDs and jet burners, 2 pumps, some carboys and a 6 tap keezer, during this deployment to Afghanistan, though I've yet to brew a singe pint before. Then there's the guitars, amps and recording equipment. I have a few GoPro cameras that I love to use as well. I put this clip together with pictures I took and video from my helmet camera. It's based on an inside joke. There's not really a C co movie, and the NY times certainly did not review it.

Inlaws gave me this Pentax ME Super last night. Thinking it might have been purchased to take baby pictures shortly before my wife was born. I have a couple other Pentax bodies and I'm pumped about running film through it.

These are pretty much mine. The Mt. bike is a Trek fuel EX 6.5 and the dirt bike in the middle is my street legal 2003 XR650R on a dual sport ride in Yosemite.

We live along the coast so this can consume hours that might otherwise be wasted on mowing or tending the garden.

I have a few.

Grilling/Smoking

Riding this thing.

Fishing

Playing paintball, collecting paintball guns.

I want to eat all of those things. Except the bike and the paintball guns. And you. I mean, I would, if it were dire circumstances and you were dead anyway, or were just on the wrong side of things.

Hey, what grill is that?

The Grill is a Char Griller Kamodo Cooker, kinda like a poor mans Big Green Egg.

There is Bacon wrapped meatballs, and Bacon wrapped Jalapenos

In the skillet is a smoked Mac and Cheese.

Smoked Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients:

1 16oz box large macaroni noodles
2 cans Campbell's Cheddar Cheese Soup
1 cup Milk
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
2 cups shredded cheddar (sharp or not, up to you)
4 to 6 strips of cooked bacon, crumbled

Directions:

Cook the macaroni noodles by the directions on the package. Drain the water in a colander and return the noodles to the boiling pot. Add the two cans of cheddar cheese soup, the milk, the shredded parmesan cheese, and the crumbled bacon and mix well. Dump the mixture into a casserole dish (I used an 8×8″ cast iron pan) and then spread the shredded cheddar on top. Put it in the smoker at about 250° for an hour. I smoked mine with hickory but other woods would work as well. The cheese absorbs a good bit of smoke flavor!

I also do a pretty mean Bacon Explosion

My daughter is the biggest thing in my life and the center of most of my activities, but I love guns, old cars, longbows, hunting, camping and fishing.

And of course beer!
