The Grill is a Char Griller Kamodo Cooker, kinda like a poor mans Big Green Egg.

There is Bacon wrapped meatballs, and Bacon wrapped Jalapenos

In the skillet is a smoked Mac and Cheese.

Smoked Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients:

1 16oz box large macaroni noodles
2 cans Campbell's Cheddar Cheese Soup
1 cup Milk
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
2 cups shredded cheddar (sharp or not, up to you)
4 to 6 strips of cooked bacon, crumbled

Directions:

Cook the macaroni noodles by the directions on the package. Drain the water in a colander and return the noodles to the boiling pot. Add the two cans of cheddar cheese soup, the milk, the shredded parmesan cheese, and the crumbled bacon and mix well. Dump the mixture into a casserole dish (I used an 8×8″ cast iron pan) and then spread the shredded cheddar on top. Put it in the smoker at about 250° for an hour. I smoked mine with hickory but other woods would work as well. The cheese absorbs a good bit of smoke flavor!

Here's my latest toy. I put about 900 rounds through it this weekend.
From 22 caliber to 54 caliber, It's all good. Rimfire, centerfire and muzzle loaders.



My daughter is the biggest thing in my life and the center of most of my activities, but I love guns, old cars, longbows, hunting, camping and fishing.

And of course beer!

I've got an old Minneapolis-Moline I've been working on for years. Up until a few years ago it was still running great on the farm. But when the farm went under we kept the tractor.

Also do woodworking, when the 1 year old lets me.
And garden.
