I experimented with a funnel as a recirc grant last night but it was too small. I can't use my keggle because of the pickup configuration. What do you guys use?

Ok...I have an idea. I will use my keggle to boil water for my mash out infusion and incorporate a RIMS concept to it.
Bring water to a boil and send it to the mash tun, keeping enough to maintain pump prime, which is less than a gallon. Begin recirc to the kettle with heat on, recircing as I heat. This will be a combination of RIMS and infusion.
Good idea?

So the challenge is priming? Can you post photos or describe the challenge with your pick-up tube?
