Most of my equipment is from Vevor due to cost (It's very affordable ). 5 gallon 201 SS kettle, 16 gallon 201 SS kettle and 8 gallon 304 SS fermentor. So far they are working fine.

Anyway, I needed another large gasket for the lid of my fermentor. I couldn't find that thing anywhere. Even Vevor was unsure, but I sent them some pictures, order number etc, and we went back and forth with about 10 emails and they were able to find it and shipped it to me at no cost. I would have paid for it. Apparently Vevor is not the original manufacturer (like Amazon).
In case anyone else ever has this problem the gasket came from SHANGHAI XIANGSHANG CO., LTD. Here is a picture of the bag with what appears to be a part number in case anyone else needs to order one.
