Sabro in Sweet, Heavy Beer?

I used to make a heavy beer with a lot of wheat in it. I used wheat even though it was inspired by Chimay Tripel. I used Nugget and Crystal hops. I thought it was great. I decided to brew it again, but I wanted to try different hops. I seem to use a lot of Crystal. After a ton of searching, I decided to use Sabro for bittering and aroma.

This is a sweet, strong beer you're really better off drinking from a wine glass. Think Sabro will work well? Descriptions made this hop sound fruity, so I thought it would go well with this beer. Shooting for around 35 IBU.
