I habe two vials of the yeast bay saison blend (2 months expired in a week)

Making a starter using 2 pints of water with 1/2 cup DME as per the white labs website to revive expired yeast. Since I'm using two vials can I just dump them both in the same starter or is there something I'm not considering? The beer it's destined for is about 1.055

Thanks

That's so funny,I just pitched the blend II that was best used by May 15th. Put one tube in 1qt of 1.040 wort, it took ~36 hrs before i saw any CO2 rafts, started stir plate and 24 hrs later added another qt of wort,it finished 24 hrs later, chilled decanted and pitched. Saw activity in~12 hrs. I would save one of those for later, you just have to start small and it takes a little time.
