What do you guys think of this.. Any feedback appreciated. It's a 10 gallon batch and I'm fermenting 5 gal with saf 04 and 5 gal with a saison yeast.
12 lbs 2 row
5lbs wheat
1lb crystal 40
.5 oz centennial 45 mins
1 oz Citra 25 mins
1 oz cascade 5 mins

Mashing at 154 f for 60 mins.
Just looking for feedback. I am going for a sort of hybrid american wheat pale ale.

I would lower the mash temperature to about 148 to get a bit dryer, cleaner flavor. I use 152 for malty beers like porters and stouts.
